Chen Wang

Chen Wang joined UM-Dearborn in May 2024. She is an Instructional Technologist reporting half time to Digital Education and half time to the Hub for Teaching and Learning Resources. Her primary responsibilities include recording and editing academic video content for faculty, keeping abreast of accessibility in digital education, and offering consultations on related matters. Additionally, she supports pedagogical application of digital tools. Chen has a Masters in Learning Sciences and Technologies from the University of Pennsylvania and has relocated to Metro Detroit from Philadelphia. Her research interests focus on identifying best practices for both synchronous and asynchronous learning, as well as exploring project-based learning methodologies.
